Why are we conducting this survey?
Following the success of The Pilot Survey in collaboration with FlightGlobal, by popular demand we have created this new unique survey. Candidates and clients alike have been interested to understand the thoughts and feelings of those working in MRO and engineering roles.
What will we be asking?
We are keen to hear from those working in MRO and engineering on how they perceive their profession. We will be asking questions across some key topics including job seeking, shift patterns, stress, happiness, career referral, relocation plus much more.

Who do we want to take part?
We are looking for those who work in MRO and Engineering to take part in the survey. Please take part if you are a Mechanic, Technician, B1 Engineer, B2 Engineer, Airworthiness Engineer, Chief Engineer, Continued Airworthiness Manager (CAMO), Technical Services Engineer, CAMO Engineer, Planning Engineer, Maintenance Controller, Quality Engineer, Safety Engineer, Systems Engineer, Design Engineer, Manager or Director.
What will we do with the data?
