Are you passionate about luxury travel and have a knack for sales? We're looking for a dynamic Charter Sales Manager to join our client’s innovative, tech-driven private jet booking platform. As the leading choice in the market, we not only offer flights but complete travel experiences focused on luxury and efficiency. Our platform simplifies the private jet booking process while providing bespoke concierge services tailored to our clients' needs.

In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound charter sales inquiries, proactively generating leads and overseeing private jet charter requests from initial contact to client retention. Your goal is to consistently meet or exceed established revenue targets, demonstrating your effective sales generation skills. By developing and executing strategic sales plans, you'll tap into new markets and acquire new clients, using data to target your outreach effectively.

You'll actively participate in lead generation activities, such as networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences, broadening our client base. Providing exceptional account management to VIP clients is a key part of the role, ensuring a premium service experience from start to finish. You'll efficiently utilize CRM tools to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring all sales activities are recorded and leveraged for future growth.

As an expert in travel, you'll offer bespoke travel advice and craft itineraries that meet clients' needs, leading to successful sales closures. Additionally, you'll upsell elite membership and additional concierge services, enhancing the overall travel experience. This role also involves continuous sales training to refine your techniques and strategies, particularly for closing high-value charter sales.

We seek candidates with proven sales acumen and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, particularly those with a background in business aviation sales, luxury sales, or yacht brokering. Experience in the EMEA region is required, and proficiency in French or German is preferred.

You should possess exceptional persuasion and influence skills, combined with a strategic sales mindset. A positive, resilient, and proactive approach to challenges and client needs is crucial, as is an outstanding command of Business English. You should be highly organized and disciplined in managing your workload, with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
