This is a key senior role responsible for leading the compliance monitoring programme, managing audits, and ensuring adherence to EASA regulations and company standards. You'll work closely with senior leadership, aviation authorities, and operational teams to maintain the highest levels of safety and compliance.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, aviation authorities, and operational teams to maintain the highest levels of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Compliance Monitoring Programme across OPS, CAMO, and Part-145
- Plan and execute internal audits, reporting findings and driving corrective actions
- Act as the main point of contact with aviation authorities and external auditors
- Monitor compliance with EASA regulations and company procedures
- Support safety, training, and quality initiatives across the business
- Oversee documentation control and continuous improvement processes
- Provide compliance insights and reporting to senior management
- Proven experience in Compliance Monitoring or Quality roles within aviation
- Strong knowledge of EASA regulations (Part-145, CAMO, OPS)
- Experience managing audits and working with aviation authorities
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Senior leadership role with high visibility
