The Company
You will be joining an established aviation business in Ontario offering various aircraft services including maintenance, repair, painting, technical services and refurbishment.
The Role
Reporting to the multi-site manager and board of directors you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the MRO business to support long strategies and objectives.
You will have full operational responsibility for multiple departments including sales, production, HR, quality and finance. You will ensure that all projects and operational activities are executed within budget and timeline expectations and will deliver maintenance operations inline with regulatory frameworks.
You will manage and develop cross-functional teams and foster strong internal collaboration to support operational success.
About You
You will bring senior leadership experience with full operational responsibility within an MRO environment or the technical division of an airline or aircraft management organisation.
You’ll have strong knowledge of aviation regulations, compliance requirements, safety management systems and quality oversight, with accountability for maintaining the highest operational and regulatory standards.
A visible and hands-on leader, you’ll have the proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate multicultural teams while driving operational performance, continuous improvement and strategic excellence across the organisation.
You must have the right to live and work in Canada and be willing to relocate to Ontario.
