What You Will Do

You will:

  • Lead exclusively retained executive search assignments

  • Identify and engage CEOs, board members, and senior executives

  • Advise customers on role definition, market mapping, and candidate assessment

  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers

  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments

  • Manage complex international search projects

  • Develop your own executive search portfolio over time

What We Are Looking For

You are likely to have:

  • 10+ years of recruitment experience

  • A strong and consistent track record in permanent recruitment

  • Experience recruiting for senior professional or leadership roles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High emotional intelligence and commercial judgement

  • The credibility to engage with senior executives

  • A desire to transition into executive search

  • Principal Recruitment Consultant

  • Associate Director

  • Director

  • Executive Recruitment Consultant

  • Managing Consultant

  • Senior Recruitment Consultant
