GOOSE is partnering with a leading international business aviation operator to recruit an experienced Flight Dispatcher. The Role
As a Flight Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in the preparation and coordination of international flight operations. Working within a professional operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring all flights are properly planned, supported, and ready for execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate flight operations across Europe and worldwide, considering routing, weather, payload, and operational requirements.
- Produce comprehensive flight planning packages and operational documentation for flight crews.
- Liaise with flight support providers, ground handlers, and operational partners to ensure all pre-flight arrangements are in place.
- Coordinate essential ground services, including fuel, handling, catering, crew accommodation, and transportation.
- Obtain and manage all required overflight and landing permits.
- Coordinate airport slots and ensure operational clearances are secured prior to flight release.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external operational partners during the pre-flight phase.
- Monitor multiple flight movements simultaneously while maintaining exceptional levels of accuracy and compliance.
- Previous experience within Flight Dispatch, Flight Operations, or a similar aviation operations environment.
- Strong understanding of international flight planning and operational processes.
- Knowledge of permits, slots, handling arrangements, and flight support coordination.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication skills and the confidence to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
