This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced charter professional to step into a leadership role and play a key part in building and developing a high-performing charter team.
This position is office-based in Paris, France, combining hands-on revenue generation with leadership responsibility. You will take ownership of the full charter lifecycle while contributing to the strategic growth of the business, in a role ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients
- Lead, mentor, and develop a junior charter team
- Drive commercial strategy and new business development initiatives
- Oversee the full charter process from RFQ through to contract and completion
- Deliver consistently high standards of service and client satisfaction
- 5+ years’ experience in business aviation brokerage
- Proven track record of revenue generation and independent client management
- Demonstrated ability, or clear potential, to lead and develop a team
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end charter lifecycle
- Fluent professional English; additional languages are highly advantageous
