GOOSE Recruitment are thrilled to be working on behalf of one the worlds most advanced aviation manufacturer based in Europe, in the search for a Head of Production.
Main responsibilities:
- As the Head of Production, you will be ensuring the management and direction of associated departments which will include electrical/avionics and mechanics.
- Ensuring the workplace is safe at all times and strict adherence to all processes and procedures.
- Working closely with other departments for initiating appropriate designs and manufacturing fixtures.
- Working to a budget and setting goals within departments.
- Actively reporting to management to ensure the company is running smoothly and as successful as possible.
Requirements:
- 10 or more years of professional experience.
- Excellent experience with prototype construction.
- Experience with manufacturing engineering and production planning.
- Experience in working abroad.
- Excellent German and English language (written and spoken)
