As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for managing key client accounts by ensuring service levels are achieved. You will have account management experience from the MRO sector and outstanding communication skills. 

What you will do:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers including senior management
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Take responsibility for profit and loss of key accounts
  • Prepare for and attend performance review meetings
  • Create performance reports and share with clients and internal teams
  • Process flight hour reconciliations
  • Manage and monitor KPI's
About you:
  • You will have previous experience managing client accounts in the Aviation Maintenance / MRO industry
  • If you have knowledge of PBH contracts it would be an advantage
  • You will have strong IT skills (particularly Excel)
  • You should have strong communication and presentation skills
