This is a customer-facing, commercially driven role where you will take ownership of the full sales cycle. Working closely with OEM clients and internal teams, you will deliver value, drive revenue, and position the business as a trusted partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the full OEM sales cycle, from planning through to delivery
- Build and develop strong relationships across key customer functions
- Deliver customer visits, sales presentations, and technical discussions (with regular travel)
- Develop and implement sales plans in collaboration with product and internal teams
- Gather and leverage market intelligence to identify growth opportunities
- Manage forecasting, budgets, and overall account performance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while balancing commercial objectives
- Proven experience in aerospace OEM account or program management (essential)
- Strong background in aviation sales
- Solid commercial and technical acumen
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Skilled in negotiation and managing complex customer requirements
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally
- Professional, adaptable, and solutions-focused
