The Role
As an Operations Officer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring flights operate safely, efficiently and on schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating international flights from planning through to completion
Liaising with operators, crews, handlers, fuellers and authorities
Securing landing and overflight permits
Monitoring live flight operations and managing disruptions
Supporting operational recovery during delays and AOG situations
Maintaining accurate flight records and operational documentation
What We're Looking For
Previous aviation operations, cargo airline or freight forwarding experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic operational environment
Customer-focused mindset
