What Do We Offer?
Competitive base salary (DOE). On Target Earning (OTE) between £35,000- £50,000
Zero threshold/uncapped commission schemes of up to 30%

What does a recruitment consultant do?
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Aviation Division, you'll live life in the fast lane where no day is the same. From building relationships with clients and developing job briefs to sourcing and placing hard to find talent, you will continuously have the opportunity to build and run your desk like it's your own little business, growing your earnings and recruitment career along the way.
As part of our Aviation Team, you will be working closely with different airlines, airport owners and operators all across the sector. The role could vary from sourcing the next business development, sales & marketing professionals to more senior positions working in performance, strategy, analytics and aircraft acquisition.
