Reporting directly into senior leadership, this position carries full accountability for regional revenue and margin performance across APAC. Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the APAC regional sales strategy, delivering sustained revenue and margin growth
- Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with airlines, MROs, and key supply‑chain stakeholders
- Secure approved vendor status and negotiate long‑term supplier agreements
- Expand existing customer accounts while winning new airline and MRO business
- Commercially position FAA‑approved PMA parts as reliable, cost‑effective alternatives to OEM solutions
- Identify market‑led opportunities for new part development and reverse‑engineering initiatives
- Provide detailed market intelligence on demand trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
- Represent the business at industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows across the region
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and structured commercial reporting
Candidate Profile
- Proven background in commercial aviation sales or business development
- Direct experience selling to airlines and/or MROs (essential)
- Established senior‑level network across one or more APAC markets (Japan/Korea highly preferred)
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth in relationship‑led sales environments
- Experience within the aftermarket components sector; PMA exposure strongly advantageous
- Strong understanding of airline and MRO procurement, approval, and vendor onboarding processes
- Commercially astute, self‑motivated, and comfortable operating independently across a wide region
