Job Advert Senior CAMO Engineer - Malta Business Aviation | Hands-On Role | Growth Opportunity

We are supporting an established aviation organisation in Malta with the appointment of a Senior CAMO Engineer to join their continuing airworthiness team.

This is a hands-on, operational role suited to an experienced CAMO professional looking to take ownership of maintenance planning and compliance activities within a collaborative team environment, with clear scope to progress into more senior responsibilities over time.
The Role As part of an existing CAMO team, you will play a key role in ensuring the ongoing airworthiness of the fleet, with a focus on maintenance planning, compliance, and technical records.
Key responsibilities:
  • Managing and monitoring maintenance planning activities
  • Ensuring compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs)
  • Maintaining and reviewing technical records
  • Supporting continued airworthiness and regulatory compliance
  • Liaising with internal departments, maintenance organisations, and external stakeholders
  • Supporting CAMO audits and, where applicable, interactions with aviation authorities
Candidate Profile We are looking for a well-rounded CAMO professional with a strong operational mindset and the ability to work autonomously within a team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within a CAMO / continuing airworthiness environment
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Maintenance planning
    • AD/SB management
    • Technical records
  • Solid knowledge of EASA regulations
  • Ability to take ownership and make sound technical decisions
  • Familiarity with CAMP and/or Traxxall is highly advantageous
  • Business aviation experience is beneficial but not essential
