About the Client:

Our esteemed client, a leader in the aviation industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Deputy Continuing Airworthiness Manager (CAM) and ARC Signatory. If you're ready to take your career to new heights, read on!

Role Overview:

As the Deputy to the Continuing Airworthiness Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our client's fleet. Based primarily at their Biggin Hill site, you'll oversee day-to-day CAMO activities across multiple locations, contributing to the maintenance of high standards and optimal aircraft conditions.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll assist the CAM in overseeing all continuing airworthiness activities to ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, including the issuance and extension of Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC). Collaborating with the CAMO team across various sites, you'll cultivate a culture of excellence and teamwork. Your responsibilities will also encompass ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory frameworks, maintaining regular communication with the Air Operations Team to support the success of the Air Operator's Certificate (AOC), and contributing to the enhancement of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMP) for safety and efficiency. Furthermore, you'll conduct comprehensive airworthiness reviews, aid with Certificate of Airworthiness applications, scrutinise and approve variations to Aircraft Maintenance Programmes, and guarantee the timely implementation of directives and modifications through data review. Should audit findings arise, you'll work alongside the CAM to rectify them and ensure that CAMO personnel at all sites are appropriately qualified and authorised. Lastly, you'll produce reports to aid informed decision-making within the organisation.

Qualifications and Skills:
