About the role:
You will be the General Manager of the workshop / hangar, overseeing the day to day operations and ensuring efficient and high quality restoration of warbird aircraft. You will coordinate workflow and provide technical advice whilst allocating resources to maximise profits and efficiency.
About you:
You will have managerial experience from the aviation industry with good technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance as well as the ability to lead a team and solve problems. You will be business focused and commercially astute with great communication skills. If you have experience of working with vintage war planes it would be an advantage but it is not essential.
You will have the right to live and work in the UK and be based close to Ipswich or be willing to relocate.
What we can offer you:
- Negotiable salary in the region of £50,000 - £60,000
