GOOSE Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a Tactical Inventory Specialist on behalf of a reputable Aviation Services Provider based in London. 


The Tactical Inventory Specialist will manage the return of assets from customers and suppliers, repair cycle and the operational positioning of inventory. The successful candidate will also ensure inventory is delivered to targets, KPI's and obligations while ensuring exceptional performance. 
  
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage requests and workflow
  • Manage and expedite the core return process to minimise time out of action
  • Report on return times
  • Work to defined priorities
  • Resolve returns backlog
  • Identify potential problems and risks at an early stage
  • Explore potential new suppliers 
  • Co-ordinate with the inventory planning team 
  • Co-ordinate movement of assets
  • Respond to stakeholder questions quickly and efficiently
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience in a Supply Chain or Inventory role
  • Use of Inventory Management Systems 
  • High level communication, analytical, negotiation and IT skills
Desirable Requirements:
  • Knowledge of aviation industry or airlines 
  • Relevant qualification
