Are you an experienced Charter Sales/Broker professional looking for a very challenging yet rewarding opportunity?

We are working with an established aviation company who are looking to grow the Charter division and need an entrepreneurial, pro-active and motivated individual to join the team.

The Charter Sales Manager will be a key player in the companies strategic growth, responsible for expanding our proprietary fleet charter sales within the European Union and the Mediterranean region. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the successful candidate will drive revenue, build lasting partnerships, and contribute to the companies continued success in the aviation sector.
  • Generate charter sales on Companies own fleet of aircraft.
  • Meet and exceed charter sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth. Identify and pursue new revenue streams within the charter services sector.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive charter sales strategy with KRI/KRIs aligned with company objectives, targeting key markets and clients within the EU and Mediterranean region. Managed all leads/prospects, sales and opportunities within company CRM, including price negotiations.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of the companies charter services.
  • Dealing with charter inquiries from website, email or via telephone, as well as generating quotations and following up on these.
  • Manage confirmed charter flights as required by providing outstanding customer service to clients with confirmed bookings.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations Control Centre, CAMO, Flight Operations Marketing, and Finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of charter services. Work cross-functionally to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Call / visit customers regularly to develop and maintain relationships, monitoring client feedback and maintaining communication records.
  • Identify new business leads and complete business development calls to generate leads on a weekly basis.
  • Assist and work on sales and business development related projects that may be assigned together with the Commercial department.
  • Support other sales functions by transferring any relevant opportunities, cross-selling and up-selling Company products and services.
  • Maintain an updated client data base on the company servers or any other data collection tools used and implemented by the Company.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, quotes, and bookings, and generating reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.
  • Maintain professional relations with clients and co-workers.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required.
  • Demonstrate a willingness and ability to travel as needed, fostering client relationships, attending industry events, and representing the company at key forums.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in airline charter sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry, charter services, and market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, preferably with a knowledge of other languages such as French and/or Arabic
