In this role, you'll be working closely with our Engineering Manager, ensuring smooth operations at our client's Oxford-based 145 facility. Your primary focus will be on fostering strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients while delivering a high standard of engineering services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning: Organising and scheduling maintenance activities efficiently.
- CAMO Interface: Collaborating with the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation.
- Quoting: Providing accurate quotes for external engineering maintenance and upgrades.
- Aerotrac Software Management: Taking ownership of Aerotrac software, enhancing its use within the company.
- Billing Validation: Ensuring accuracy in billing and revenue assurance processes.
- Client Interaction: Acting as a point of contact for clients and providing regular reporting.
- KPI Development: Establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators.
- Business Reporting: Generating reports to aid decision-making processes.
- Compliance: Adhering to company procedures outlined in the staff handbook, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Leadership Abilities: Capability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using relevant software and tools for safety and quality management.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in aviation engineering, aeronautical licence, or related field.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Part-145 processes, manpower planning, and pricing strategies.
