GOOSE Recruitment is working on a rare opportunity on behalf of a leading Aviation company for a Vice President (VP) of Logistics to be based in Malta, Europe. The position of VP of Logistics will report directly to the CEO of the company.
You will be responsible for the Logistics unit of the group ensuring all material requirements are effectively met. You will have the primary responsibility of ensuring timely and efficient provisioning of parts, consumables, and other technical materials required for the operation and maintenance of the Group's fleet.
Our client is looking for someone who has proven experience in material management and/or supply chain management, with at least 15 years of working experience.
You will need strong project management skills and be able to work to tight deadlines. Fantastic communication and negotiating skills are a must for this role.
You will need to have completed relevant EASA and/or FAA training, plus have a master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
You must have the right to live and work in Malta to be considered for this role.
