Full-time | Based on-site at Oxford Airport
About the Role
An opportunity to join a dynamic private aviation business at Oxford Airport as an Aircraft Transaction Manager (Post-Sales). In this key role, you will take ownership of the full post-sale process for private aircraft sales - from signed LOI through to final delivery.
Acting as the central coordinator between internal sales teams, clients, legal counsel, technical experts, and third-party providers, you will drive deals through their critical final stages to a smooth and successful close.
This is not a sales role! It’s about execution: keeping all parties aligned, solving problems, and ensuring a premium client experience through complex, high-value transactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire post-sale transaction lifecycle for private aircraft sales, from signed LOI through to closing and delivery.
- Act as the main liaison between internal sales, clients, lawyers, technical consultants, and third-party service providers.
- Anticipate and resolve deal blockers — coordinating inspections, legal documentation, escrow arrangements, and final delivery details.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders throughout each deal.
- Engage with UHNW clients, family offices, legal advisors, and C-suite executives — providing updates and managing expectations.
- Track and manage key deal documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness (LOIs, purchase agreements, inspection reports, delivery checklists, etc.).
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to the transaction process, driving efficiency and clarity at every stage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in transaction support, deal execution, sales operations, or client service roles.
- Background in private aviation, luxury automotive, yacht brokerage, private banking, or similar high-value, client-focused industries.
- Confident, diplomatic communicator — comfortable working with UHNW individuals, C-suite stakeholders, lawyers, and technical experts.
- Highly organised with excellent documentation and process management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability — able to manage complexity and keep deals moving.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Technically literate — able to work with contracts, reports, and financial/technical data.
- Experience working in client-facing roles with UHNW individuals, luxury clients, or in private equity, legal, or M&A support is a plus.
- Play a key role in the dynamic world of private aviation.
- Drive the execution of multimillion-pound international aircraft deals.
- Work closely with UHNW clients and global industry professionals.
- Influence and improve how luxury asset transactions are delivered.
- Be part of a high-performing, collaborative team at Oxford Airport.
