The role....
As CCO you will lead the three commercial divisions (ACMI, Charter and Contracts) to drive revenue and growth.
You will work with the CEO to establish and implement commercial and operational strategy to continually improve the business.
You will have financial responsibility and you will implement processes to empower the team and increase profit and efficiency.
You will work with heads of department to lead teams, provide direction and manage performance.

About you.....
You will have experience at a senior leadership level in aviation with a commercially focused background. You will have knowledge of ACMI, aircraft leasing and charter flights. You will ideally have previously worked for a small to medium sized business with knowledge of how a brokerage works.
You will value your people and be a great leader, you will have proven success in creating and implementing commercial strategy and you will be comfortable with budgeting and ensuring profitability.
You will be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
