GOOSE Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf of our established and superior MRO client in the search for a Director of Component Reliability and Engineering.
As the Director of Component Reliability and Engineering you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Reliability department.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the global team of Reliability Engineers.
- Building relationships and managing them ensuring customers and separate departments remain satisfied.
- Arranging reviews for staff and ensuring KPI's are always met.
- Technical assessments of inventory mod status.
- Resolving financial queries.
- Supporting the AOG Team, BD and Repair.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (Able to clearly share ideas, tasks and feelings)
- A strategic thinker who is able to make educated decisions that will benefit the client.
- Able to confidently take on new challenges as the business quickly develops.
- Strong Aero Component experience.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant subject.
- Highly experienced in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Full UK Drivers License.
