Responsibilities
- Providing support in the preparation of month-end client reports
- Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
- Generating and issuing sales invoices
- Proactively managing and maintaining a clean debtor ledger
- Conducting monthly reconciliations
- Supporting Key Account Managers
- Participating in the budgeting process
- Assisting in the execution of internal controls
Person Specifications
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Has good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has a first experience in a similar controlling & administration role
- Is able to work on own initiative and is pro-active in approach to work
- Works to a high degree of accuracy and demonstrate problem-solving ability
- Hold an A-Level in accounting or equivalent experience
