Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procedures to maintain airworthiness standards and obtain necessary approvals from regulatory authorities.
- Plan and allocate organizational and personnel resources within CAMO, and liaise with relevant authorities regarding any changes.
- Review, update, and manage maintenance programs to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor the effectiveness of our Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMP) and make necessary adjustments as required.
- Coordinate with approved maintenance organizations to ensure timely and quality maintenance activities.
- Oversee the completion of maintenance check flights and ensure timely resolution of any findings or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of continuing airworthiness activities and report any malfunctions to relevant authorities.
- Hold a Form 4 or equivalent certification.
- Technical degree or Part-66 License with a minimum of 5 years' experience in continuing airworthiness.
- Thorough understanding of EU regulations related to aviation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Operator/MRO software.
- Excellent command of both German and English languages (desirable)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across teams.
- Previous experience in aviation, with at least two years in a similar managerial role.
