Are you a Group 3 Aircraft Engineer with management experience and commercial acumen? If so this exciting role will give you the opportunity to work as part of a senior leadership team while still working hands on.

Located in the heart of the Midlands, the company provides maintenance to Group 3 aircraft owners and operators. The facility prides itself on its reputation for quality and excellence.
The Role
You will work as part of the senior leadership team to lead the continuing airworthiness and maintenance side of the business whilst still carrying out hands on aircraft maintenance.
You will be an integral part of a small friendly team with plans for growth.
About You
First and foremost you will be a UK CAA licensed aircraft engineer with experience working on Group 3 aircraft, ideally Cessna 172 or PA28.
You will also have proven experience in a managerial position and will have a good level of commercial acumen and communication skills. You will have a solid understanding of UK CAA and EASA regulations including Part CAMO.
You must have the right to live and work in the UK and be happy to make the Midlands your permanent base.
