Recruitment Team Leader – Aviation & Airlines.

What is the opportunity?

The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding the team and dedicated to the overall co-ordination of the end-to-end recruitment activity. You will take ownership of facilitating all recruitment activity across a team of 5+ team members, working closely with relevant stakeholders and the associate director. This person will be expected to contribute, develop and deepen client relationship and steadily bill and contribute to the team’s targets.

Who are we looking for?

A high profile, international desk requires the following attributes:

  • Proven success and extensive full cycle recruitment experience

  • Experience in developing and maintaining business relationships

  • Strong networking and account management skills

  • Competitive, self-driven, able to organise your own time and work autonomously day to day.

  • Some experience in mentoring members of a team.

  • Open to international travel for client meetings, conferences, events, etc and able to 'hold you own' in these situations.

  • Exposure to international business would be highly desirable

  • Some people/recruitment management experience would be essential for Team Leader roles and above.
