GOOSE Recruitment is proud to be working with a long-standing and established aviation client in search of an Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) & Reliability Engineer to join their growing team.
About the Role
As the AMP & Reliability Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the group’s aircraft maintenance programs and reliability analysis, driving continuous improvement to maximise aircraft availability and minimise delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, revise, and manage Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMP).
- Oversee AMP content in AMOS and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct data analysis to monitor and improve aircraft and component reliability.
- Prepare monthly and six-monthly reliability reports.
- Lead reliability review meetings and track progress of improvement actions.
- Liaise with OEMs, vendors, and authorities to identify industry trends and implement reliability enhancements.
- Support special projects such as aircraft phase-in and phase-out activities.
- Proven experience with AMOS software.
- Previous work on B747, B767, or B777 aircraft.
- Strong knowledge of EASA & FAA regulations – particularly Part-CAMO, Part-21, and Part-145.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
- 3–5 years in a similar AMP/Reliability Engineering role (5–10 years total aviation experience).
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
