GOOSE Recruitment are thrilled to be working on behalf of our rapidly expanding client, in the search for an Avionics Lead Technician.
As the Avionics Lead Technician you will be responsible for overseeing and planning the assembly and testing of avionic components.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to adapt to changing requirements
- Supervise a small team of avionic technicians
- Could provide clear and constructive feedback to the relevant teams
- Maintain a safe working environment
A desirable benefit is to have previously worked with the AW169/MOD902 but not essential.
Requirements:
- Experience of organising and managing teams
- Experience working for a Part 21G organisation
- Excellent communication skills
