Licensed Helicopter Maintenance Engineer
EASA B1.3 – H225 / H215 Airbus Helicopters
Location: Southern Germany
Contract Type: Permanent – Full-time (Mon–Fri) or Rotational (3 weeks on / 3 weeks off)
Start Date: As soon as possible.

At GOOSE, we are supporting a leading European helicopter operator in sourcing multiple experienced EASA B1.3 licensed engineers to join their expanding maintenance team. This is a key opportunity to work hands-on with H225 and H215 Airbus helicopters within a dynamic and well-supported technical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled base maintenance on H225 and/or H215 helicopters
  • Perform inspections, fault diagnosis, and component replacements
  • Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and internal safety protocols
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation in accordance with airworthiness requirements
  • Collaborate with logistics and planning teams to ensure operational efficiency
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in maintenance standards
Working Patterns
  • Full-Time (Monday–Friday) – 40 hours/week
  • Rotational (3 weeks on / 3 weeks off) – Monday to Sunday, 9–10-hour shifts with 1 day off between rotation weeks
Candidate Profile
  • Valid EASA Part 66 B1.3 license with type rating on H225 and/or H215
  • At least 6 months of recent hands-on experience on type
  • Up-to-date Human Factors initial and recurrent training
  • Right to work in the EU or valid German work visa
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented, safety-driven, and team-focused
Compensation
  • €6,000 – €7,000/month, depending on experience
