The Company
You will be working for a leading aviation organisation supporting rotary operations at Mount Pleasant Airport (MPA) in the Falkland Islands. The company operates both Search and Rescue (SAR) and military support missions using AW189 and S92A helicopters.
The Role
You will carry out line and base maintenance on AW189 and S92A helicopters, supporting both SAR and military transport operations. The role includes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, fault diagnosis, component changes, and mentoring trainees. You’ll work within a team of five engineers per shift, across two alternating shifts.
About You
You must hold a UK CAA Part 66 B1.3 Licence and have type ratings on AW189 and/or S92A. You should be comfortable working in a remote location and able to meet Falkland Islands work permit requirements, including health, dental, and criminal checks.
You’ll need to be flexible, IT literate (MS Office essential; SAP/eMX/RAMCO desirable), and able to work effectively in a small team under varying weather conditions.
The Opportunity

The rotation is 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off (42/42).
