Establish and lead the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) from inception
Oversee airworthiness compliance across a fleet of business jets, ensuring full regulatory adherence to UK CAA and EASA requirements
Work closely with engineering, flight operations, and leadership teams to ensure safety, performance, and operational readiness
Develop CAMO processes, manuals, and oversight systems aligned with the company’s strategic goals
Mentor and manage a growing engineering and technical support team as the operation scales

Minimum 5 years’ experience in CAMO roles, with a strong background in business aviation
Proven ability to manage CAMO functions and liaise with regulatory authorities
Excellent working knowledge of Part-CAMO, Part-M, and other relevant regulations
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build effective teams and systems from scratch
