We’re looking for an experienced CAMO Manager to help shape, lead, and manage its Continuing Airworthiness function from day one. This is a rare opportunity to join a operation and leave your mark on the structure, standards, and strategy of a growing organisation in the business aviation sector.

  • Establish and lead the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) from inception
  • Oversee airworthiness compliance across a fleet of business jets, ensuring full regulatory adherence to UK CAA and EASA requirements
  • Work closely with engineering, flight operations, and leadership teams to ensure safety, performance, and operational readiness
  • Develop CAMO processes, manuals, and oversight systems aligned with the company’s strategic goals
  • Mentor and manage a growing engineering and technical support team as the operation scales

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in CAMO roles, with a strong background in business aviation
  • Proven ability to manage CAMO functions and liaise with regulatory authorities
  • Excellent working knowledge of Part-CAMO, Part-M, and other relevant regulations
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build effective teams and systems from scratch
  • Right to live and work in the UK
