- Establish and lead the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) from inception
- Oversee airworthiness compliance across a fleet of business jets, ensuring full regulatory adherence to UK CAA and EASA requirements
- Work closely with engineering, flight operations, and leadership teams to ensure safety, performance, and operational readiness
- Develop CAMO processes, manuals, and oversight systems aligned with the company’s strategic goals
- Mentor and manage a growing engineering and technical support team as the operation scales
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in CAMO roles, with a strong background in business aviation
- Proven ability to manage CAMO functions and liaise with regulatory authorities
- Excellent working knowledge of Part-CAMO, Part-M, and other relevant regulations
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build effective teams and systems from scratch
