GOOSE are proud to be partnered with a Private Air Charter Brokerage who provide bespoke aircraft charter solutions to clients worldwide and are looking for a Charter Sales Director to lead their team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are established and have ambitious growth plans. 

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, generating new business and working with suppliers to build relationships
  • Providing tailored aircraft solutions to customers
  • Overseeing the whole charter process from initial contact through to flight following
  • Managing and mentoring a team of brokers
  • Hiring and training new team members
  • Working with the Managing Director to drive the business forward
Required skills and experience:
  • Proven track record in Charter Sales 
  • In depth knowledge of private aviation and charter brokering
  • The ability to offer outstanding customer service with high level communication skills
  • Experience of leading and mentoring a team of junior brokers
