Duties and responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, generating new business and working with suppliers to build relationships
- Providing tailored aircraft solutions to customers
- Overseeing the whole charter process from initial contact through to flight following
- Managing and mentoring a team of brokers
- Hiring and training new team members
- Working with the Managing Director to drive the business forward
- Proven track record in Charter Sales
- In depth knowledge of private aviation and charter brokering
- The ability to offer outstanding customer service with high level communication skills
- Experience of leading and mentoring a team of junior brokers

- Working hours 1100 - 1900 plus occasional on call work
