Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the main interface and key account manager for customers
 - Ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of external aircraft maintenance
 - Coordinate internally with maintenance, procurement, sales, stores, and finance departments
 - Prepare comprehensive technical bids, describing maintenance work, work packages, man-hour estimates, and material requirements
 - Collaborate closely with the maintenance department to ensure technical bids align with maintenance realities
 - Manage technical department projects, such as pre-inspections, to provide accurate bids
 - Communicate with customers, providing technical bids, addressing inquiries, clarifying invoices, and technical details
 - Generate invoices reflecting all conducted tasks and work on the aircraft, including materials and man-hours
 - Maintain the Customer Information Portal to update customers on maintenance progress
 - Gather and document market intelligence and potential customer information
 - Regularly monitor tender websites
 - Manage contract documentation and distribution
 
- Technical studies or vocational training with relevant experience
 - Minimum of 5 years' experience in aviation or a similarly complex industry
 - Background in commercial aircraft maintenance preferred
 - Thorough understanding of technology complexity comparable to commercial aircraft
 - Project management experience required
 - Technical bid preparation experience advantageous
 - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
 - Fluent in English; German language skills preferred
 - Commercial mindset with analytical and structured working approach
