GOOSE is working with a UK based business aviation company to help them find a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team.
The Company
You will be joining an established aviation company offering charter flights, MRO services and aircraft management.
The role
You will be the Nominated Postholder and will oversee all compliance monitoring activities.
You will action deliverables of the Annual Compliance Monitoring Programme as well as reviewing aircraft maintenance procedures to ensure full compliance. You will use audit management systems and ensure any non compliance findings are resolved in a timely manner. You will set departmental objectives and assist colleagues in implementing corrective measures.
About you
You will have previously held a post holder position in a P145 organisation and have regulatory training under EASA or UK CAA.
You will have a strong background in compliance monitoring and good knowledge of auditing processes.
You will have the right to live and work in the UK and will be eligible for UK security clearance.
