As part of their expansion plans, our client, a leading aviation company in Germany is seeking an experienced Financial Controller (m/f/d) to join our team. Based in Germany, you will play a key role in our national and international controlling efforts, reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and prepare financial data and key performance indicators (including group data)
- Prepare monthly reporting
- Coordinate budget processes, consolidate group budgets, and provide ongoing projections
- Address business management issues and conduct profitability analyses
- Generate various evaluations, reports, and decision templates
- Provide independent and proactive support to management in reporting
- Continuously expand and improve existing systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling, or equivalent
- Several years of experience as a Financial Controller (m/f/d)
- Proficiency in industry-specific systems and MS Office programs
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Commercial mindset, analytical skills, and numerical proficiency
