GOOSE is actively seeking a Head of CAMO professional to join a well established operator based in the Channel Islands. This full time, on-island leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee a growing CAMO team and manage outsourced airworthiness functions, contributing to the continued safety and reliability of the airline’s operations.

The Role

As Head of CAMO, you will be responsible for overseeing all Continuing Airworthiness Management functions for the airline. You’ll lead a team of up to ten internal staff and manage relationships with outsourced CAMO providers, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance. The role includes full oversight of maintenance planning, compliance monitoring, and fleet management across both leased and owned aircraft. While the position is based on a Monday to Friday schedule, flexibility is essential due to the nature of the operation.


About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll need proven experience in a CAMO leadership position, with strong working knowledge of UKCAA Part CAMO regulations. Experience managing both leased and owned fleets is essential, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. Candidates must be UK citizens and willing to relocate to and live full-time in the Channel Islands.
