Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the charter sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to open new markets and expand the company's reach.
- Drive sales initiatives and develop new business opportunities within the private aviation sector.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients and partners.
- Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Charter Broker with a strong sales background in the aviation industry.
- Demonstrated success in opening new markets and driving business growth.
