The Role
Developing and maintaining strong industry relationships while driving brand recognition through well crafted communication strategies and media engagement. This role plays a key part in shaping and enhancing the company’s public image across the aviation sector and beyond.
- Plan, develop, and implement regular direct marketing campaigns to effectively promote the Group’s business activities and support the achievement of agreed performance targets.
- Design, evaluate, and execute strategic public relations initiatives to enhance the Group’s brand visibility, reputation, and commitment to social responsibility across the industry and broader public.
- Lead brand management and development efforts by ensuring consistent internal and external communication of the Challenge Group brand, reinforcing its identity and values.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or sales, with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
- Skilled in designing and scaling integrated marketing strategies across diverse teams and departments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to enhance future initiatives.
- Confident in reporting progress and performance metrics to senior stakeholders, with clear and concise communication.
- Solid understanding of current challenges within the aviation sector, including competitive dynamics and safety standards.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles and alignment with project goals.
