Job Title: Revenue Manager

Job Purpose:

Drive revenue optimization through strategic pricing, route management, and capacity control across the air cargo network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand, capacity, and market competitiveness.
  • Manage rate structures for commodities, weight breaks, and service levels; adjust pricing to maximize revenue.
  • Set pricing and access rules for feeder services and customer segments to ensure profitability.
  • Optimize route capacity, configure allotments, and manage overbooking to balance utilization and revenue.
  • Operate and maintain revenue management systems, dynamic pricing engines, and booking platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy across revenue, sales, finance, and planning systems.
Requirements:

  • Vast revenue management experience in air cargo.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or BI tools.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, commercial mindset, and fluent English.
  • Team-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
