Duties and responsibilities:
- Supporting the brokerage team in all aspects of day to day trading
- Administration and invoicing
- Setting up flights and post flight follow up
- Maintaining and growing client base including sales calls to new clients
- Replying to enquiries
- National and international clients visits and events
- Creating sales leads
- Competitive nature and flair for sales
- Problem solving and time management skills
- Clear and concise communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous experience of office-based sales / broking experience
- Knowledge of the aviation industry
