Licensed Aircraft Engineers – Malta

B1 Preferred | B2 Considered | EASA Licensed | A320, A330, B737 or B777 Experience Ideal

Are you an experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer looking for a new opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our client, a reputable EASA Part-145 Approved Maintenance Organisation based in Malta, is expanding their team and is seeking proactive and skilled engineers to join their operations.

Location: Malta (Relocation support available)
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Start Date: Flexible
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform line and base maintenance activities on commercial aircraft in accordance with EASA regulations.
  • Support AOG recovery operations and flying spanner duties as required.
  • Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance are maintained at all times.
  • Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, often under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Take initiative to identify and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • EASA Part-66 B1 (preferred) or B2 Licence
  • Ideally type-rated on A320, A330, B737 or B777 aircraft (other commercial jet experience will also be considered)
  • Proven experience within a Part-145 maintenance environment
  • Willingness to travel and support off-base operations including AOG and flying spanner duties
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
