Are you an experienced aircraft engineer looking for your next challenge? GOOSE is partnering with our client, a leading aircraft maintenance provider, is seeking a highly motivated Line Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee operations at their line stations in Guernsey and Jersey.

About the Company:

Our client operates across four key line/base stations—two in the Channel Islands and two in the UK—providing expert maintenance services for a wide range of aircraft, including ATR, Falcon, Citation, and King Air models.

The Role:

As a Line Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing maintenance operations at our client’s busy Channel Islands locations. Your key duties will include:
  • Leading a team of experienced engineers
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Optimizing operational efficiency
  • Overseeing maintenance schedules and resource allocation

About You : 

You’re an ambitious aircraft engineer ready to take on a leadership role. UKCAA licensed engineer who is type rated on ATR or King Air aircraft. You have a strong technical background, a passion for maintenance excellence, and the ability to drive operational success in a fast-paced environment.
