Your Weekly Mission: From Monday to Friday, 0800-1700, you’ll be at the heart of operations. Be prepared for the call of duty when extraordinary circumstances arise, as the dynamic world of aviation waits for no one.

Your Core Objectives:
  • Lead the charge in AOG coordination and line maintenance, working hand-in-hand with the engineering shift leader.
  • Assign engineering labour with precision and care.
  • Ensure aircraft are Released to Service promptly, meeting all operational deadlines.
  • Mastermind AOG estimations, planning, and coordination.
  • Manage a portfolio of fast-paced projects, steering them to success.
  • Uphold the highest standards of legislative compliance and company protocols.
  • Be the trusted point of contact for customers during AOG and project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project milestones, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to secure top-notch services.
  • Communicate effectively, resolving issues swiftly to maintain project timelines.
  • Alert management to defects and issues, safeguarding customer relations and cost management.
  • Provide support across the planning team, embodying the spirit of collaboration.
Your Arsenal of Experience:
  • Proven expertise in MRO or engineering operational/project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a flair for digital efficiency.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK CAA & EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving prowess.
  • Deadline-driven, with a calm composure under pressure.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, ready to embrace change.
  • A collaborative soul, thriving in a close-knit team environment.
  • Corporate aviation experience and familiarity with CAFAM and CAMP systems are a bonus.
