Your Core Objectives:
- Lead the charge in AOG coordination and line maintenance, working hand-in-hand with the engineering shift leader.
- Assign engineering labour with precision and care.
- Ensure aircraft are Released to Service promptly, meeting all operational deadlines.
- Mastermind AOG estimations, planning, and coordination.
- Manage a portfolio of fast-paced projects, steering them to success.
- Uphold the highest standards of legislative compliance and company protocols.
- Be the trusted point of contact for customers during AOG and project execution.
- Monitor and report on project milestones, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Liaise with external suppliers to secure top-notch services.
- Communicate effectively, resolving issues swiftly to maintain project timelines.
- Alert management to defects and issues, safeguarding customer relations and cost management.
- Provide support across the planning team, embodying the spirit of collaboration.
- Proven expertise in MRO or engineering operational/project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a flair for digital efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of UK CAA & EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving prowess.
- Deadline-driven, with a calm composure under pressure.
