About The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a small team of planners, apprentices, and engineers. You will ensure the maintenance operation runs smoothly, liaise with other departments, report to senior leadership, assist with customer quotes, and ensure high health and safety standards as well as high customer service levels.
You will also oversee the running of a small outstation and will be expected to visit the facility once every few months as required.
About You
You will be a great people manager with in-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, as well as the ability to oversee the smooth running of the service centre.
You will have a background in aircraft engineering with good technical knowledge. Experience with GA aircraft would be an advantage but not essential.
