Are you experience aerospace engineer looking for a position where you can make an impact through processes and continuous improvement?

The role:

You will be working for the maintenance, repair and overhaul division of a global business providing services to airlines, operators and manufacturers. 

You will be responsible for repair, test and overhaul processes of electronic, electro mechanical and power systems. You work with engineers and operations to identify issues and opportunities for continuous improvement. You will train employees on new processes and methods and will define workshop standards.

You will also technically evaluate components and systems, reverse engineering, equipment upgrading and development and technical support. 

About you:

You will have a background in aerospace engineering with particular knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical and power generation.

You will have proven success in lean and continuous improvement methodology with regards to equipment, tooling, workspace design and quality performance. You will also have good working knowledge of testing, repair, inspection and assembly techniques. 

You will be based with commutable distance of Stanstead airport or be willing to relocate and will have the right to live and work in the UK.
