GOOSE are partnered with a UK based component MRO who are looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team in the South East of England.
The Company
You will be joining an established but growing component MRO who operate from a new facility in the South East.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading the avionics workshop and will oversee workload planning, prioritisation and allocation to ensure efficiency and delivery.
You will not be carrying out hands on tasks, but will be focused on operational control and team leadership.
About You
You will have experience working in a P145 component repair environment, but do not need to be an avionics specialist as this is not a hands on position. You will have knowledge of workflow planning and production control and will be confident in leading a team.
You will have excellent people skills and be able to make efficient prioritisation decisions.
It would be great if you have already held a supervisory position, but this is not essential if you have the required experience and are ready to take the next step in your career.
You must hold the right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
