Goose is looking for a Purchasing and Logistics Executive who is going to be responsible for the handling purchasing and shipment of all materials to and from the Group’s airlines. The Purchasing and Logistics Executive reports to the Logistics Manager and is based in the Group’s headquarters in Malta.
The Purchasing and Logistics Executive is involved in all logistics activities associated with aircraft maintenance and material management. This includes shipment of routine and AOG material to and from the maintenance facility and shipment of special items such as engine and inlets. In addition, the Purchasing and Logistics Executive is also involved in handling all Group’s material movements from our maintenance base in Liège (Belgium) and the outstations. He/she does this by proactively engaging with stakeholders and users to support them in their daily material needs.
Professional requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree will be considered a plus
  • Must have proven experience in logistics
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of working experience
  • Demonstrated communication and negotiating skills
  • Must have proven experience in material management, logistics management or another field
