Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee regional cargo operations, ensuring smooth coordination across sales, customer service, and ground handling.
- Monitor performance across flights and stations, optimize cargo flows, and ensure efficient space utilization and profitability.
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts, airline partners, and service providers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, including interline and offline opportunities, to expand market presence.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and service agreements.
- Track and report performance metrics, including volumes, revenue, and KPIs, at both station and regional level.
- Background in airline, GSSA, or freight forwarding strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the cargo market and proven sales/operations experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams across different locations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident with IT systems, reporting, and performance management tools.
