We are seeking an experienced Regional Cargo Manager to lead and expand cargo operations across a key U.S. region. This role offers the opportunity to oversee multiple stations, drive sales performance, and strengthen customer and partner relationships, ensuring commercial growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee regional cargo operations, ensuring smooth coordination across sales, customer service, and ground handling.
  • Monitor performance across flights and stations, optimize cargo flows, and ensure efficient space utilization and profitability.
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts, airline partners, and service providers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, including interline and offline opportunities, to expand market presence.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and service agreements.
  • Track and report performance metrics, including volumes, revenue, and KPIs, at both station and regional level.
Candidate Profile:
  • Background in airline, GSSA, or freight forwarding strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the cargo market and proven sales/operations experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams across different locations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident with IT systems, reporting, and performance management tools.
