You will be joining a company with varied operations (scheduled, charter and medevac) and the personable feel of a small organisation.
The role
Reporting directly to the Accountable Manager, you will collaborate closely with all personnel to ensure a culture of safety is embedded in every aspect of their operations including AMO, CAMO and AOC.
You will be responsible for risk management, SMS oversight, accident prevention, training in SMS, safety communications, compliance monitoring and reporting and regulatory vigilance
About you
You will have a strong understanding of aviation safety regulations and SMS principles under EASA. You will be experienced in risk management, hazard identification and incident investigation.
You will speak fluent French and English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external authorities.
This position requires full relocation to the West Indies in the Caribbean and you must hold the right to live and work in a French territory (EU Passport).
